1.Acceptance of terms
This service(s) is operated by www.mpalz.com and Telesoft Neutek Pvt. Ltd. By using the Mpalz site or its services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this Agreement). This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the Mpalz Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted in a revised version of these Terms on our web page at www.mpalz.com. These terms are applicable to Visitor (simply browse the Mpalz site) or you are a Member (registered with Mpalz). If you do not agree with it, you may leave the Mpalz site and discontinue the use of Mpalz Services immediately.

2. Your registration obligations

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

4. Commercial usage by users
You as a user agree that you will not use the site for carrying out any other commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by www.mpalz.com. Affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from profiles without notice and may result in termination of Users privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Mpalz Services.

5. Proprietary rights in content on Mpalz.
Mpalz does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, Meet up, Virtual gifts, video, Private messages , Send/receive Buzz & kisses or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that any user post to the Mpalz Services. After posting your Content to the Mpalz Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Mpalz Services, you hereby grant to Mpalz a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, enable embedding, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Mpalz Services. Without this license, Mpalz would be unable to provide the Mpalz Services. The license does not grant Mpalz the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant Mpalz the right to distribute your Content outside of the Mpalz Services.You represent and warrant that: you own the Content posted by you on or through the Mpalz Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and the posting of your Content on or through the Mpalz Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person/organization. You also understand and agree that we may review and delete any Content that you include in your profile, or otherwise Post on any area of the site (which may include deleting your entire profile) that we, in our sole judgment, believe -Violates this Agreement -Might be offensive or illegal, or -Might violate the rights of other User, harm, or threaten the safety of any other User.

6. Report Abuse
In case you (user) are exposed to any form of racism / discrimination, spam promoting, pornography, conduct & defamation, piracy, fraud, hacking, copyright violation, content that violates Mpalz's terms & Conditions or any other form of offensive contents, while using the site or the service you can report the same to us (Mpalz) at abuse@mpalz.com.
TNPL or MPalz advices, encourages & prefers no sharing of private/personal details.
TNPL or Mpalz does not entertain and will delete any content/images/views that are objectionable, abusive, racist, political, anti-human, anti-religious, adult etc. All comments/statements made on the chat session are the opinion/views of the respective people. TNPL & Mpalz does not subscribe to the same.

7. Users disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Mpalz Users. Mpalz reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users.

8. Disclaimers
Mpalz is not responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or inappropriate content, views or opinions posted on Mpalz site or in connection with the Mpalz Services, whether caused by Users of the site, Members, our advertisers or corporate partners, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the operation of the site or the Service. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE OR TRANSMITTED TO MEMBERS OR OTHER USERS, OR ANY INTERACTIONS BETWEEN OR AMONG MEMBERS OR OTHER USERS OF THE SITE, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
